This would be greatly appreciated as it will allow me to check all club members details against those details held on the UK Athletics database to ensure they are complete and correct.

You can leave the section about current running ability blank if you so choose – if anyone wants to know what there currently allocated URN is (UK Athletics unique reference number ?) then please add text ‘URN’ anywhere in this section and I will let you know via email.
