If you feel a bit unsure about the thought of joining a running club, if you have never been a member of one before, you shouldn’t do as we have members with a wide range of ability, age and commitment. Whatever your standard of fitness, you’ll be more than welcome. You are sure to find someone in the club who is about the same standard as you. And if you are a complete beginner, we occasionally have a beginners groups aimed at building confidence and providing motivation to get you started. Our senior club is open to anyone over the age of 16 for the adult sessions, but younger runners are welcome if accompanied by a parent/guardian for a few sessions. If you are in school years 5-9, then our Young Runners membership might be for you.
The club has a good mixture of members and has a great social community & relaxed atmosphere feel to it.
The best way to find out if you want to join us is to sign up for a trial membership (no obligation to join) and come along to a convenient club run. See our training timetable for details of our regular training sessions.
