Allrunners New Year Challenge

Our challenge to start the New Year, is RED January.

Your challenge is to do some sort of exercise for 30 minutes every day – it might be to run, walk, swim, cycle, go to the gym, a fitness class, yoga, pilates etc etc.

This is a great way to get motivated and get your fitness goals back on track after the Christmas lull.
